Every now and then you look back the past few months and realize – we’ve had a lot of changes recently! 2017 has been a big year for us so far. In addition to starting the Agent Program, we’ve welcomed 4 new people to Technology Solutions and moved some teams around.
Some of you might remember Craig Goins, who worked with us until 2009 when the recession hit us all hard. In our June blog post we welcomed him back to the team as our new Technical Sales Director. He’ll be enhancing our sales team and overseeing all new business partners and customer interactions.
We hope you’ve had the pleasure to meet Larry Zettner, who has been with us since 1999. Back then, he was so young that we couldn’t even get him a rental car for his first sales calls! 18 years later he’s become a vital member of our team, sometimes referred to as the King of Can-Do for his great work with customers. Larry will be working even closer with all our customers as a Customer Advocate, ensuring that we’re providing the best service. If you’re looking for a resource to help you grow your business and find the perfect services for your business – Larry is your man! We love hearing all the great feedback about him from our customers.
If you haven’t met Kelsey Futrell yet, it might be because she only recently moved into full time as a Client Service Manager this year. We’re happy she’s joined us and look forward to seeing her work closely with the rest of our team.
While Craig works on sales and Larry builds closer relationships with our customers, Andrew Futrell will be moving to VoIP Solutions. That means he’ll be working with our technicians and customers to ensure all VoIP solutions are properly implemented.
One thing has stayed the same - we’re very proud and happy to work with our team! We will continue to focus on providing tools and technologies to enhance your productivity. Our team is ready to help you find the best solutions to improve the work you’re already doing – faster and better. Learn more...
