As Technology Solutions' Director of Operations, Tricia Frazer's role is to build
and manage the company's highly skilled team of technical professionals, conduct
research and development of new technology, and oversee the company's internal voice
and data systems infrastructure.
Tricia is a highly regarded Manager with 11 years of experience and dedication in
the Telecommunications Industry and an additional 10 years of experience as a customer
focused, technical and training support provider in the same. She prides herself
on being skilled in a team-focused organization; managing using the strengths of
each team member within an enjoyable, yet motivated environment. Her integrity and
ethical business practices make her a valuable asset to the Technology Solutions
team.
