Director of Customer Service
As Technology Solutions' Director of Customer Service, Kevin Murphy's role is to
build and manage the company's relationship with each and every customer, ensure
customer satisfaction, and oversee the company's internal and external training.
Kevin has several years of experience as a Data Center Manager, Conversion &
Training Professional, and Business Analyst expert. He started his career in conversion
and training and was quickly promoted to manager of a customer service team. Kevin
effectively managed a staff of conversion programmers, application programmers,
project managers, documentation specialists, and spec writers. He also ran a large
data center in Southfield, MI where he was responsible for customer service, computer
operations, and scheduling for over 200 clients. Kevin successfully managed a technical
services team in Southfield that was responsible for voice and data implementation.
Kevin's passion is with technology in general, but more specifically in customer
service and training. Kevin considers himself blessed to have worked for some great
managers who taught him early on that customer service (serving others) is the most
important aspect of a career, a company, and of life. Kevin attended the University
of Detroit, and is currently attending Sacred Heart in Detroit. Kevin is certified
in CGI's Project Management platform.
